If you want critique on something, it helps if you select "advanced critique welcomed" when submitting the deviation. :]
There's alot of GREAT toturials that go pretty in-depth into how to CG; I'm sure those'll be alot more helpful than what crummy advice I might put into words. xD;;
First thing: it is ALOT easier to color if you start out with neat lines (even though it's a pain in the rear to make ones that actually look perfect), especially on hair. (and the cards; you can just use the line tool for that one) Take the time to smooth things out and connect the ends. On a slightly unrelated note, take Sora's hair: if you look at the officla artwork (or heck, just look at the render), you'll notice that it's quite chunky and you can't see much intividual strands and whatnot. Wispy hair's generally a lot more painful to get perfect, anyways. You did a really nice job on Kairi's hair, though. ^^
As for coloring...don't be afraid to slap in colors. Instead of just shading lightly, use a noticeable darker shade to block in the shadows. Don't be afraid of messing up, just go with it; you can always just color over it later. I still have the problem of shading too lightly and shadows not showing up when I resize; don't be afraid to go crazy with colors. And don't worry if it looks like crud at first; my stuff always looked like junk during at least the first hour. :] Just take your time and work your way through. Have patience, take breaks.
A good way to practice is to start out with a color closest to the darkest shadow (ooooo, poetic xD), then work your way into the highlights. This method forces you to pay attention to the anatomy, etc.
You have some really nice uncolored stuff in your gallery! Just pick any of them and start throwing in colors to see what comes up. It's all for fun, so just have fun with it! ^_^
...wow that was long. xD;; hope it helps!
