My entry
The theme is "marawi" a city taken hostage by extremist terrorists
Hope you guys like it
Sigaw ng luha.
Sigaw means to shout and luha means tears
So its like if tears could only shout.
I hope I express in my drawing what the hearts and feelings that the victims cannot verbally express
