Lots of great work here. The strokes you use to express illumined areas have a nice consistency to them, especially on the horses' body and the cowboys shirt. The dust effect I thought you did very well too, the addition of little patches of blue added a bit of uniqueness to this. I thought the wrinkles on the cowboys arm were consistent with what one would expect. The clouds and background are equally well rendered. The horses wild hair and facial expression are probably the best elements of this, as they fill negative space and stand out for originality respectively. Great work here, its obvious you put in a lot of effort and it paid off for you!
