If people could see me the way I see myself―if they could

What a great angle, and lovely composition! And I just adore the colours.
It's an interesting thought, which I ponder from time to time... But I also have asked myself: What if I could see inside of people I know? What are they hiding, and how could knowing their innermost secrets affect my relationship to them?
There are times when I wish people could just see inside me, because words will not suffice to describe what I feel or think. At times I wish I could see inside someone else, so that I can know whether to trust them or not. Are they lying or telling the truth? What are they hiding, and why?
I have no answers to either question, but in a strange way, not knowing everything might just be for the better...

You're right. The eyes are the best window to a person's thoughts. It's just wonderful and fascinating how much can be said without words, through the eyes. It's a hard language to understand, though, as you say.

Not too many people, maybe not even one, would like another because everyone has aspects that we all hate. But then, since everyone shares many hateful aspects, so that might be what brings us all together.

ah, this is a very surprising and different style of picture than i'm used to from you, but i can definitely tell who the artist is combined with a well fitting title, as usual. i really like the overpowering ethereal feeling that it gives me!

i had it for probably a year or so and ,
since we had the holidays ,i kinda had the
time to work in old dusty folders .

Your words made me wonder if it is really possible to show the "real me". I thought "I always try to be sincere", because that is one of my most important ideals, but, still... It's like having a sweet darkness inside, somehow protected by the intelectual part of you. This weaked and sweet darkness which you only share with yourself and that maybe no one, even the person who you trust the most, would never come to understand. Maybe, this darkness is the only "real me" that's left. (Not in a dramatic way. I mean, I don't see the point in comparin innocence with light... I'd rather compare it with darkness. Hope you get the point

I wonder that often, but I have no answer for it. One moment I feel like I would win over many more people if they knew the real me, another I feel like they would be repulsed even more than they already are by what they see. It's a vicious cycle...
