Yeah, the weather is wacky here, too, in the Bay Area, CA. One week it's beautiful and warm and the next week it's cold and rainy. It doesn't help that we don't have any control over the temperature in our office, only facilities management for the building does. If it's cold, they keep the ventilation on and turn on the heat at about 4 pm, an hour before our office closes. If it's hot, they keep the ventilation on and turn on the air conditioning at 4 pm. The only people in the building late at night are the cleaning people and the useless security guard! Complaining just gets you ignored.

Haha! That sounds like a crappy working situation for sure! Yeah, the bay area has some weather that is definitely erratic. Thats a wonderful place to live though for sure!

Like some of the previous commenters, I also like the extreme angle of this shot. There's a lot of interesting textures in the photo. There's a black graffiti feel to some areas of the photo. Is it graffiti, dirt, soot, or just shadows? It reminds me of a horror movie where the shadows move toward each other, merge and become a nebulous shadow monster.
How long did you end up standing there with the door tapping on your back? I don't think I could've hung out there too long!

I was standing there for some time for sure. I took about 10 pictures there and each one scared the shit out of me. That place is awesome!

I looked through there. Dont you have many of those shots in your existing gallery? Yeah, I do like that industrial dark stuff. I am still working on getting some models for these places, but the places alone still have a LOT of character.

there are 3-4 I wanted to put for sale and be seen a bit more ...so yeah. yes .. doing conceptuals is fun in places like that after the exploring is done

Wow. I want to visit a place like that. Im really sick of the city and the same groggy countrysides here. I cant wait till im 18. Im planing a massive all summer road trip... well maybe... if can get enough time off work from my job i have by then... lol. Il have to visit that area. It looks awsome!

I live in SC, and when I'm going to work really early in the morning I get to see the sunrise from a bridge. its amazing. I'd take a picture, but I dont have a camera and the drivers are awful.

OH! well then! Thank you! I lke taking picutres of places like that. I had a phototshoot with my crappy camera and all and a few pals and we had awsome pictures! i was like yes! and i protected them and everything! it as an old army base up near canada or something like that and it was said to be "haunted" so aturally we went! i put my camera in the car after protecting ll the videos and pictures and we all loked at em and put thesim card in meh pocket! We went back to the hotel.... they were all deleted.... on all our cameras! it was wicked weird.I was not happy. I had some really neat pics you might have liked!
