i make a silicon mold in 2 parts on my master, i let a hole on the upside of the mold, then cast the resin (see the link: [link] )

Then i make a reinforcing plaster that allow to use less silicon
I take off my master from the mold, i close the molds whom are now empty, i mix the 2 components from the liquid resin then i make the resin flow inside the molds, when the resin is hard, i can take off the part:

awe, links didn't work for me. Would you be interested in casting one of my dolls for me? Or teach me how to do it myself. I really want to try resin casting one of my littling dolls, but am nervous to try. i would of course pay or trade for either.

I can't do the molds and a doll for you because it's a work that i don't like, but it's also hard to have a perfect result on the first shot and so it cost a lot
I can give you a link to a tutorial in french, maybe with pictures you could understand :

chinese companies can do it but you have to order at least 20 copies of the doll

sigh, yeah, well I want to outsource it but I can't even get any companies to answer my emails. Very vexing. Been trying for months. thanks for your help. At least you replied. unlike so many others....
