I'm having the same problem with these models as I am with your lenka model, like i said there,
"I'm having a problem with your model where, when I open her in PMX everything is perfect, but if I open her in MMD, well, theres no model. not to mention there's no textures in the folder...?"

You probably will just have to re-download it, because most of the time something happens in the download process and the .RAR/.ZIP file downloads, but things are missing.
