Good Job Those Shinra troops were a bunch of loose cannons cause Tsung wanted Zack to be brought in ALIVE as i've seen in "Crisis Core FF7"

I'm very speechless with this artwork. I really do.. its amazing me. Also what Mfelizandy just did really nailed out of all what I wanted said too. It's very wonderful I actually could "feel" into this picture which is amazing.

Faved this for two things--the interplay between Zack and his attacker and the expression of Zack's character in his face and body.
You set this image up nicely, putting the masked Shinra guard in the foreground and somewhat in shadow, a faceless member of a horde there to finish off a very distinct and battered individual. The placement puts me, as the viewer, on the side of Shinra, seeing Zack as a dangerous escaped experiment, an animal to be cornered and killed. Paradoxically, that makes me really look at him and recognize his humanity--and with it the inhumanity of Shinra and its faceless troops.
Zack's pose and expression say he knows that in our (Shinra's) eyes, he's not only no longer of any value, he's not even human. He resents that, but there's also a touch of pity in the way he looks askance at his executioner. His face isn't contorted into a snarl of sheer hatred, rather the set of his mouth looks bitter and exhausted, and his eyes are neither white-rimmed in rage nor cold and hard in machine-like indifference. That look is a warning that we will be in his position sooner or later, that our loyalty to Shinra won't be reciprocated.
Excellent work making Zack look as though he's holding himself up through sheer force of will. The hunch of his shoulders and the tautness of his hands and arms as they clutch the sword hilt say he's gone past his body's limits, he knows it and realizes his end's near...and he's decided to make it an end worthy of a hero.

Absolutely gorgeous piece of work, though! No issues with it being the only one in months provided it's quality.
My only issue with it? For some odd reason, Zack's eyes look almost green on my monitor. Maybe it's because the gamma of my screen is set lighter than yours. Perhaps something just a TOUCH more blue-shaded would've helped. Other than that, though, perfectly beautiful work.

I WEPT. I was playing, and then I was like "Well, game over." And began to sniffle. And then it was like "BATTLE TIEM" and I was slow and flashbacking and I wept while I was playing... and eventually ran out of items. And I wept. And my mom walked in and went "WTF ARE YOU DOING NOW." -_________-
So I saw the preview for this in my inbox and felt my heart break all over again. In my opinion, this scene is a tragic masterpiece, and you captured Zack's desperation perfectly.
