tear grants (tales of the abyss) @ acen 200..7? 8?? ..8?god.. this is probably the one of the few costumes ive made where i hated it to guts. aha. wore it, have like only this one picture, then shoved in into a bag. i dont even know where it is anymore LOL!!!
this is definitely a costume that i want to go back and redo, although i still havent thought of better ways to do certain parts of the costume, so until then.. aha..
i think the biggest problem i had was the front portion with the lines (all piping) plus my fabric was stretchy so i had to interface the pieces inbetween so that the line would be parallel, which ended up makng the entire front panel super stiff and then i was unable to hem the thing at the bottom and god ok yeah ijust want to redo this lawl.
also because the panel is so thick in comparison to evrything else it buckle funny and makes my look pregnant. NICEE.
my weapon was crappily made with pink insulation foam and a swiffer pole LOL .. <3 yay swiffers

ok, first thing's first...photographically this is a nice piece of work
angle of the shot plus the gutter line and and door stops and your left leg has created a nice composition, which was probably not intended... which makes it even more genius, i'm a very observant man which makes it super hard to impress me, and you did
about your costume, you're right... it's not really good and i would hate to wear that too, but you can probably just cut it 3-4 inches below your... uhm... chest, to make it like a top, with the belly exposed perhaps, and make matching pants full length from spandex and do the same line pattern on each leg, just a suggestion, maybe that will be a bit too slutty, but definately think about seperating this into a 2 piece suit, maybe some makeup... i don't know... go forward with this
