This is my first adoptable lol (be kind). I always wanted to try one, and thats one thing off my New years resolution list. I probably won't do too too many of these, but it was pretty fun!

Rules:
- The character design ( adoptable) is for personal use use only (e.g. gifts, use on forums and websites, use as avatars, IDs, use in RP or fiction/writing stories, can be printed out). This can be your OC without mentioning me.
- I have the right to use the image in portfolio and for non-profit personal promotion.
- Please do not claim it is your artwork, done by you.
- Payment must be made 24-48 hours after the auction end through Paypal. I will notify the winner with a note regarding the details. If you do not, it will go to the next highest bidder.
- The winner will get a large, 300 dpi layered PSD file with all the options listed above. If you do not have Photoshop or another program, I can do other formats as well. We will work something out.

I don't know how it works with "adoptable" images, it's something new to me. I tried to find this one on Society6 for sale. It's not there. It would be awesome to have this guy on T-shirt. I wear art on fabric.

That is the most gorgeous non-existent human being I have ever seen
The owl (one of my favourite animals) and the yin yang (an important symbol to me because I'm a Buddhist) just make this image even better
Also the fingerless gloves and the boots...And the hair...Ahhh! Everything is just amazing!

I'm working on a new kind of adopt myself now (venturing into creature adopts to see what sticks), and just wanted to say that it's a great idea offering customization options. It's a fantastic way to offer more possibilities to customers, and also invite more potential customers who may like different things

Glad you had fun, and indeed, it's quite relaxing just coming up with a design and not worrying about background, pose dynamics, composition, etc -- I need to get back into drawing more (lost my confidence a little while ago, but it's slowly coming back as I've received some commissions thankfully) so I can start uploading stuff again

Hello! I love your work and how you draw your characters' hair. I have a friend whose hair style and overal features ressembles this adoptable quite a bit, may I use this picture as model to help me get the hair right? It's for a drawing I've been willing to give him for long, but no matter how many times I tried, I always messed the hair...

This is really dumb. What's the point of this bullshit 'adoption'? I don't want to pay for a picture of a league of legends reject i could easily just download. Does it fill the whole people will never have a pet that they will care for? I can literally buy a barbie and it'll be cheaper and twice the experience than looking at a picture and telling people 'i own this art' at least with a barbie i can i can actually touch it and it's a real object.

I just wrote a very long post about how incredibly disrespectful and uneducated you are but I figured I'd be wasting my breath. So let me just put this into terms you can understand, sir.
Not everyone in this world can develop artwork like K-Koji and everything he/she does takes time to create. As we all know, time is money in this world, so while you get paid an absurd minimum wage squirting ketchup on hamburgers, K-Koji makes his/her living creating art.
Adoptables are not about owning something and it has nothing to do with pets (are you serious?). I'm not just bidding on this because I like the design character and want to develop a short story with him being the central character. No, I'm bidding on this because it's a way to support K-Koji and help keep him/her on Deviant art. It's a way for them to keep their talents focused on practicing their art trade and not have to waste their lives working a corporate desk job like I do.
With that being said, I am also going to invalidate your entire argument. Seeing that your avatar is a Team Fortress 2 model and that your favorite game is Team Fortress 2, I'm sure you've purchased some kind of in game item for one of the games you play. You know.. a HAT for Team Fortress, a weapon skin for Counter Strike GO. Those aren't tangible objects, but I bet you throw your money at it all the same. Do you really OWN that hat? When Team Fortress 3 comes out, will you still have that hat?
