Hey, I don't like to be critique-ish but you can fix the side of her face by giving her a bit more hair to cover up the jaw and make it look more sleek, or move the line from the tip of her jaw, to her neck upward so her jaw looks more oval, than square. Just a thought... I like it though.

Yea I hate drawing side shots of characters, I can't do them that well. ^_^ I really like the concept, it looks gorgeous all around, I didn't notice the face until you mentioned it. You could try extending her bangs so they cover her face more, and make her eyes look more sad? Though the whole image doesn't make me feel sad, makes me feel all-mighty and powerful. You could try making her eyes look more u_u rather than 0_0.
