It seems that they had some problems at Toei staff, so the animation was done in record time, mainly at TAP (Toei Animation Philippines)...

Popular opinion suggests they're on a time crunch and punch these out with the intention of fixing them for the blu ray release.

As far as I'm concerned, they should take their time and release the episodes with better animation, rather than rush it out. You know what makes episode five's animation EXTRA INSULTING? They had a WEEK OFF between three and four, and the fifth episode looked like utter hell. Don't get me wrong, it's not like the original series had better animation than it this, I won't say "oh, it ruined my childhood", but there should be a standard when it comes to BATTLES. If every battle is gonna look like this, why should anyone care?
