My second base is FINALLY done you cannot BELEIVE how long this took I put sooooo much work into this it is soooo detailed (compaired to my other pictures and I love the outcome and I hope you all do too! ^_^

There are not many rules for my base because no offense to others but I think putting so many rules on a base is boring and restricts it so much not a lot of people want to use it. So here is my small list of rules.
