Not to be confused with A Mad Russian's Christmas, which is an awesome Trans-Siberian Orchestra Christmas song. *hit*

But that seemed to be the way this Christmas was. Rushrushrush to get things done in time. Didn't help that I had finals until the 17th though. So that's why I have Casey rushing along(plus I haven't drawn her in a while). I think I've always wanted to draw her(or anyone really) rollerblading so this seemed like a good time to do it. I know the frown is different for her, but she's frowning in concentration of presents. *nod*

And I think I drew her too tall here, but I still rather like how it came out. Also, yay. Green present with red bow makes a comeback.

Anyway, sorry for the late Christmas picture. I probably wouldn't have bothered to finish it, but I liked it too much to dump it in the pile of unfinished things that never get done. (It's a pretty big pile.)

Oh yeah. I had trouble making decisions on this so have an alternate version with motion blur. [link] I like the motion blur, but didn't like the background enough to not have it blurred. (I didn't have a layer copy of what I did before blurring the background so the colors are slightly different here. Luckily I had a copy of the unblurred background with different colors. I tend to have a bunch of experimental layers for figuring things out or saving things I think have neat effects. XD; )
