こういう捻り（ツイスト）って腰回りの靭帯が相当柔らかくないと無理ですよね。
海外のコントーショニストで完全に上半身が真後ろ向いてる人がいますけど、
自分で自分のお尻を見れるってどんな気持ちなんでしょうね（笑）。
