This is my Macross Frontier cosplay as Mikhail Blanc.
From top to toe:
Wig: i cut/styled it
Makeup: myself (yay for man-i-fying make-up!)
Jacket: Draft was done by me, jacket-body base sewing, cuffs and patches (done by hand) by Aly
. The remainder of the body of the jacket and the red detailing was a combination, following instrustions by Aly. I dyed the singlet material (cotton) by hand to get it the right shade to match the reference pictures...my hands turned blue.
I need to remake the collar and do some fixing up, but all in all, the SMS jackets are great to wear (so comfy, but a bit to hot for Brisbane weather!). The skit we did was so last minuite (i had a feeling it would come to that) but it turned out pretty lol and we had lots of fun - love triangles, fighting, family obsticles...
