Hmm, if the word is "humanisation", so the reverse word is "dehumanization". Looks like logical, but this word already exists and it means bad thing. So, it doesn't work.
I think we can't create a whole new universal word for this process, because "humanisation" tells about the result that is known. We know that something turns into a human. It was an animal -> it turns into a "human" = "humanisation"
So, if it was a human -> it turns into a ...we don't know exactly what... = ...isation
I mean it depends on what a human turns into. An animal - animalisation, a plant - plantasation, a table - tablesation XD and so on.
