Description The darkness was deafening.
.
.
.
.
I know only 3 things;
My name is Jason.
The world is broken.
And I am constantly in danger.
How I know my name, I have no idea.
By what I mean when I say the world is broken, I have no idea.
From what I’m in danger of, I again have no idea.

I looked around at my surroundings for which all I found was ruins. Cables hung from a crumbling ceiling while boulders and rocks littered the ground. I looked down at myself and found that I was nude and covered in a dimly glowing goop. I had no memories of any sorts and for some reason found my body aching as I stood up. I headed toward the door, which to my surprise was perfectly intact as if it was new. I grabbed the doorknob and began to twist and turn it, after some difficulty the door swung open. And with nothing else to do, I decided to adventure the wasteland of a building I was in.
Lots of the rooms I peered into were the same as the one I woke up in, dark and dusty. The building didn’t seem to be house, more like a laboratory of sorts. I didn’t like it there but sadly I hadn’t encountered an exit yet. While walking down what seemed to be a hallway a certain room caught my eye. The door was closed and perfectly intact, like the door of the room I woke up in. Curiosity took hold of me and I found myself practically running towards the room in hope of something, just anything at all to be inside.
Like my door, when I grabbed hold of the doorknob it seemed stuck and I took me a bit of struggling to open. Looking inside the room I was completely disappointed, it was like mine completely disheveled. Except there was nothing inside but boulders and rocks and a few sparking wires hanging from the ceiling. I grabbed hold of the doorknob and started to close the door. My head hung low and whatever hope I had was distinguished. But out of the corner of my eye I saw a faint glow, the same lime-green color of the goop that still covered my nude body.
A quiet moan emitted from somewhere inside the room as well as a shuffling sound. I raised my head fast and again saw the faint glow. My hope now aflame, I crept into the room looking for the source of the humanly sound. The ground of the room was a bit more littered than the floor of my room had been and among the clutter I picked up a long cloth which I covered myself with. This room seemed quite bigger than id expected and I had not yet found what I was searching for.

All of a sudden, I felt a tug on the cloth I was wearing.
As I turned around, I found the source of the faint glow-or should I say he found me.
