To me, she has a bit more character development than Leafpool. (though, still very few characts have little to non character development)
Leafpool just seems like she was put in there just so she could have kits for the power of the three and stuff. And her personality seems to change to fit a sertant situation, starclan seems to talk to her WAY more than the other medicine cats, her mom and dad seem to prefer her more than her sister, and she just seems a bit mary-sueish.
