I drew it in about an...hour? in Tegaki, then messed a bit with color balance and contrast in GIMP just to touch it up a bit. :]

Obviously (to me anyway) it's Luna Lovegood. She's all made up though, like she's going to a dance maybe? ^^ Well, you know, somebody could have taken her to the Yule Ball. It's not impossible.

It's not supposed to be clean, btw, so don't comment on that D: 'Tis just a sketch.

I like both colors, but I uploaded the one that's more yellow. xD
