I did a few things different cause I don't know how to use the pen tool or Elipse tool so well but I tried to follow all the directions and make it look good

i really like this. Umm when i used Gaussian Blur it came out kinda pixily is that what yours looks like up close?

oh yeah, that's what i don't understand, sometimes it got quite smooth, and sometimes it got .. like you said pixily, and i've done some research on my own, it turned out if your vector object too small and you added gaussian blur, when you zoom in it'll look like kinda pixelate , but if your vector object big enough and then added gaussian blur FX it will be a lot smoother
