Description I know what it's like.

I've been bullied at school.

And I feel so worthless.

And I feel like no one cares, even though I know they do...

And some days...

I just want to give up...

Some days...

I feel like I can't take anymore...

And I just want it all to end.

People keep telling me to be strong,

But I don't know if I have any more strength.

My hands are shaking, my head is pounding, I'm gasping for breath, I can't stop crying...

I just want it to STOP.

I just want to be okay.

I just wish there was someone to hug me and tell me everything is going to be alright...

I just wish I had some HELP.

But...

Don't worry...

I'm not going ANYWHERE.

I'm staying, right here.

I'm going to get through this.

But no one deserves to feel like this.

Always remember:

You are beautiful.

You are loved.

You are strong.

And some day...

Things WILL get better...

And until then...

I'm going to stay strong.

Thanks <3 I'm a lot better a person now and I'm a lot stronger too. Just knowing that that isn't how you should treat people just sort of instills that in you.
