HOLY CRAP! I just finally drew Lincoln Loud for the first time! And who's the cat and the dog you may ask? That Vivian, the cat on the left and Rolo, the dog on the right from Cartoon Network's failed pilot, "FOE PAWS" made by Chris Savino in 1999, sixteen years before he made The Loud House in 2016. I suppose you’re going to hate it if you don’t enjoy CatDog or TUFF Puppy, because it contains the one trope MrEnter hates in cartoons: a stuck up cat and a stupid dog.

I honestly don't remember watching Foe Paws as a kid but I fond it on you tube and finally watched it. I liked it, it was good why couldn't have been an actual series? it would have been so interesting.

Nicely done in drawing the characters. You certainly captured the style.
Although a bit of advice when doing speech bubbles since I was guilty of doing the same thing, instead of making the bubble and then trying to fill the text in, write out what they're saying first then make the bubble it's in. And don't just restrict yourself to oval shaped bubbles, you can go rectangular too if it suits the text size.
