Ahahaaha this took so much procrastination.Felt like using my tablet more and...this came out of it. I started in the beginning of spring break and FINALLY finished it.
God those balloons dont make sense. Im never drawing balloons again.
Just felt like trying a new style. Sorta like it... kinda.
Pikachu what are you doing. You are a electric pokemon. Not a flying. Get down from there.
