Long time, no upload!
Once again, real life whisked me away from dA for a while. The good news, though - I had quite some time to work on commissions as well as some personal artwork, and I can now use the opportunity to not only check my notifications for all your wonderful art and comments but also upload my own art backlog one by one over the next weeks!Β Β
Let's start with some personal art - I have been playing Pathfinder:Kingmaker for a short while now, and not only is it one of the best RPGs I have ever played, I also used the chance to create some original character art for it. Here, you see the very first build I tried, an Eldritch Scion Magus, and she was a blast!

Even with all the bugs, the game is absolutely fantastic! There is a big patch coming out this Friday, I'd heartily recommend to give it another try then. Considering how much you love Baldur's Gate, I'm certain you'd find a lot to love about this game. Β

The game had it's chance and it's lost me. The other real deal beaker is the fact the all the main quests have a timer. I play games to have FUN not play against a bloody clock. Poor game design strikes yet again. It might be a very good game but it's not for me.

The timers in Kingmaker are usually pretty lenient so I always could play the game the way I wanted to without feeling pressured, but I can see why that would turn you off. A shame, but as you said - not every game is for everyone!

It just wasn't the timer though there were aΒ myriadΒ of other little things that just added up and annoyed me no end. I wanted to like the game but it just didn't grab me sadly. Though by the sounds of it you enjoyed it so that isn't a bad thing
