Description
This is my half of an art trade with the lovely , and I really hope she likes it.It shows her OC Nekronalus, a necromancer, summoning some of his minions. I wanted to do an image of a necromancer for such a long time, and so this trade gave me the perfect opportunity to do so.
Such a pity that he's undead himself... he turned out rather sexy, at least for my taste.

I like the way you have the light playing around his hands. I find myself hoping he is on my side.

I really like this piece, from concept to execution. Good combination of composition, pov and dof, and nice duo with the lighting and effects.
But technical aspects aside, this piece simply rocks. It puts a chill to the air, and raises the hair on the back of your neck. Really captures the dark magical feel of necromancy at work. Very cool, and very well done

Thank you very much for creating this wonderful scene. My wife(Mamadrae) surprised me with this, and it was a great surprise. This is a character I had created many years ago, and I am quite fond of him and his story. Your art gives it a whole new level of reality for me, and for that I thank you.
For the rest of you, Mamadrae will be posting some of Nek's story sometime soon I think. It has love, lust, betrayal, loss, cocky mages with nothing to lose. The good stuff.
