Well canonically he can still turn into the spectre, but you should remember his MKX default attire was never used in storymode anyway. He also still has a costume as Hanzo that can be assigned.

That’s right, Hanzo has control over the Scorpion perdona now, but like, it seems it’s only his powers, that’s why i think it shouldn’t even exist, cannonwise.

I feel like it truly has been a mistake that they've made him.. that again. In Story Mode, he had the classic look. Which means this, will be default. Which means, we're probably not gonna see Kuai Liang and Hanzo Hazashi ever being friends throughout the whole game that saddens me xD!
