Description
I was inspired to make this MOC by the movie 2001: a space odyssey, where there was this space station that rotates to generate centrifugal force and which functions as artificial gravity. The suits used in classic space sets were actually based of the suits in the movie.It was a challenge to build it in such a way that it would be sturdy, since everything is basically hanging and has to stay together no mater what angle it is at.
The rocket was supposed to be connected to the bridge at the workshop but it caused the station to be to out of balance and made it impossible to turn.
