I look through all of your amazing and incredible fractals perhaps with more critique than I do other people's work, however if I didn't then I'd end up faveing all your work... so I look for a fractal that stands out from the crowd, something that really really works, hits home, and is unlike anything I've seen. This is one of those fractals.

Funny how people see things differently. I had someone tell me it looks unfinished. But then they aren't a fractalist and have no idea the limitations to Apophysis.

hehe, true... I've got one comment on ritual that states that she sees the most amazing of faces in the fractal... I myself cannot see anything except a pyratic fountain and some little fires... but it still remains as one of my best fractals... for reasons completely unknown to me.
I did download the script for the fractal... and it's fun to play with, and who gives a damn about the limitations of Apop, really, it's its quirks and flaws that makes the program so endearing to us fractalists

Well, I don't see any faces in Ritual. But it reminds me of when people die and their soul rises up to the Heavens. It is beautiful, all those souls rising up together to be reunited again in the Afterlife.
Those are the reasons I love Apophysis, for it's flaws and glitches ...
