Oddly enough I have what is called a Glasgow grin, However mine is a natural one, born with it, When my mouth is closed you cant tell I have it and I have normal lips like others, But I grin or just smile wide, It splits along my cheeks, Making a creepy or at time odd funny smile.
Minus the blood, When I go to the dentist this is actually what It kind looks like, So your anatomy is very correct on faegan.

Looking at this definitely reminds me of getting all of my wisdom teeth removed, it hurt like a bitch let me tell ya and I had to be awake through the whole process. Even though I had Novocain shot into my gums still hurt like hell since I can still feel them yanking 'em out >3<
