I failed the Death Room. DXYeah, I wasn't in a good mood again... I was also dissapointed by my the lack of father-son fanservice between Kid and Lord Death, so I added in my own crappy take on things...
If there was one thing I ws they would touch on in Soul Eater (apart from Crona's awesomeness) , it's the relationship between Kid and his Dad... I mean, come on, it would be adorable.

Heh, I'm one of those people who believes that Lord Death is a real human under that mask (You can't have a smokin' hot son like Kid and not be a hit with the fangirls yourself!) so I think little!Kid got a hold of Death's mask. He must be thinking someting like: "Gimme back my mask, you little brat. Or I'll chop the living fuck out of you."
No. Wait. That's not fluffly enough. :/

I think Shinigami-sama wears the mask and robe and gloves because he's in like a spirit form since he's so old and that one day Kid will be that way too, or else they can change between those forms when they reach full potential.
