Description
A commission for fang-stormclaw of a Rakshani family photo.The photo is being displayed on an iPad-like device, held by Shamara. The photo is Shamara's family before shi was born: hir mother, father, and hir older sister and older brother that she never met, because they were killed in a freighter accident not long after the photo was taken.
The characters belong to fang-stormclaw, and the Rakshani species was created by goldfur
Done with micron pen and acrylic paints on 9"x12" illustration board.

I clap my hands to this one. Just as I looked to this i imagined a post-apocalyptic world where a survivor, scearching some ruins, found this datapad or something, and so the memories of the good old days came up to his head, letting a tear out of his eyes. A single one, carried with suffering and anguish that the "dark days" brought.
That's preety much what struck me once i glanced at it. Now for the art, the drawing (like always) is really well-done.
