She has a lot of backstory to her not just of what you see in TCW. She first appeared in Star Wars: Twilight and would have major arcs in Star Wars: Darkness and Rite of Passage. I actually first read about her in the Clone Wars volumes where she fought in the First Battle of Kamino and later Aurra Sing. Her and Vos's stories impressed George Lucas so much that he added them into the later prequels. There actually is a comic series that I missed titled, "The Clone Wars: Deadly Hands of Shon-Ju" that appears to be centered on Aayla. It could be interesting.

I wish that whole books of at least one series translated by same publisher..
