Not to much for me to made something like this. something is cute adorable and so clean ....i am afraid it not like me as usual as all ,but i'm feel so good and so calm when i made this picture. oh and a model of these picture might be american young girl , but i made her become to asian young girl instead. how pity of me

there is something with the neck width, too small and the neck is a bit too long
the head is a bit tilted to left but the lips and the nose aren't tilted too
but you did a good job on making the choker it hides the neck bery well so no one would notice on first look. You lack some general shading i think, if you add that it would make your drawing have more volumes. try shading with different light source the same image would make different atmosphere . so thanks for reading this i hope you keep getting better
