Description
Along the edge of the forest where the gnarled tree's grow together to form a gate, you will find the forest entrance. It is the task of the "Gatekeeper" to protect the forest and it's inhabitants by only allowing a special few to gain access to this mystical place.I would like to dedicate this image to Nathie a dear sweet friend who has inspired me with his kindness, generosity, humor and above all, his incredible artistic talent! I have followed his work since the first day I stepped foot on DA and he never ceases to amaze and delight me! You totally rock sweetie! Be sure to drop by his gallery and give him some love! It has been some time since l signed in but boy was it worth it... breath taking! Love the horse and those little stirrups are so sweet, eye catching. The Gatekeeper is beautiful love the fairy light upon his hair, nice touch. A place to dream of, lovely art Suzie xxx

I know..my poor mum has had a stroke and a heart attack in the last 5 weeks. She has been in hospital for 16 weeks now mainly in intensive care. She is nearing the end now, can't speak, memory gone, can't eat or drink..it's been a tough journey

Aww, I'm so sorry hon! She has really had a tough time of it. My Dad was the same way when he was nearing the end. It's so hard to watch a parent go thru such trama. Big hugs to you sweetie and hang in there. I'm sure she senses that you have been near her and that is such a comfort. Sending positive thoughts and prayers your way hon!
