10.Bakugo (My hero akademia)
Much like Vegeta, Bakugo has a short temper and he’s quick to rush into battle to prove his worth. Bakugo has learned to be more of a team player over time, just like Vegeta, and it’s easy to picture them working together. The crossover video game, Jump Force, even has Goku explicitly acknowledge how Bakugo reminds him of Vegeta.

9.Roronoa Zoro (One piece)
Roronoa devoted his childhood to training and the pursuit to be the very best. It’s a past that mirrors Vegeta’s own history as a Saiyan Prince. Roronoa gets pulled down a dark direction and he almost feels like a mix between both Vegeta and Piccolo. Roronoa Zoro has a commitment to the craft that Vegeta would immediately recognize.

8.Hiei (Yu Yu Hakusho)
Hiei is a powerful demon that Yusuke initially encounters as a villain, just like with Vegeta’s introduction. Hiei makes his way to the side of light, but he remains one of the colder and cryptic characters that reflects Vegeta’s cool demeanor. The two even have similar hair.

7.Levi Ackerman (Attack on Titan)
Levi’s skills on the Survey Corps are practically unparalleled. He’s an excellent fighter that’s willing to do whatever is necessary for the greater good, even when it’s not easy. Vegeta would admire both Levi’s fighting spirit and his impressive reputation as a warrior.

6.Kurapika (Hunter x Hunter)
Kurapika is good company for Vegeta because he’s also the very last of his kind and becomes a de facto savior figure, just like Vegeta is with his Saiyan race. Kurapika is not necessarily as vicious as Vegeta, but the connection in them is hard to deny. Vegeta takes a shine to someone like Cabba, so there’s no reason why he wouldn’t connect with Kurapika.

5.Jet Black (Cowboy Bebop)
Vegeta would honestly be an excellent fit on the Bebop crew and mesh with any of the anime's characters, but Jet Black seems like the closest approximate to Vegeta's vibe. Jet is laid back, full of exciting stories from his glory days, values a good deal, and doesn't feel the need to run his mouth. These are all ideals that just as easily could apply to Vegeta.

4.Sasuke (Naruto)
Sasuke is a committed ninja, but he reflects many of the opposite ideals of Naruto. Sasuke has suffered the slaughtering of his people and developed a bitter vendetta against his own brother, Itachi. Sasuke has a lot of pain, but it's territory that Vegeta is familiar with and he might even see shades of himself in the volatile character.

3.Hijikata (Gintama)
Hijikata is an intimidating force of nature that’s deadly with a blade, but often gets results simply through his icy demeanor and cutthroat instincts. Hijikata has his broader moments and it’s unclear if Vegeta is as passionate over mayonnaise, but they brood in the same way and exhibit nearly identical body language.

2.Nicholas D. Wolfwood (Trigun)
Nicholas D. Wolfwood is one of Vash the Stampede’s allies and the individual sports a suave appearance and a behemoth of a weapon. Wolfwood’s gaudy giant cross gun oddly seems on brand for Vegeta. A respect could easily form between these two powerful individuals. A tag-team attack from both Vegeta and Wolfwood would be seriously deadly.
