Anos isn't gonna be the only one with a Source of Destruction, but he is gonna be the most experienced using it. Anos is a master of using his Source of Destruction, mostly using it to destroy reason, allowing him to just do whatever. Shiraori is an expert at using it, though she is a very long way from Anos' level, as she mostly uses it for destruction in general, or destruction of the spirit. Rain on the other hand, has no idea he even has a Source of Destruction, and unconsciously uses it, destroying fate wherever he went, completely shifting how events occur, which makes him a grand headache for Miguel.
