I couldn't help it, I had to make a Delpad fanbaby or else I would have exploded. (Also I gave her heterochromia cause my green eye x blue eye 9th grade biology class facts won't leave me alone)

  Since this was the first child that didn't have family turmoil at the center of everything, everyone wanted to pitch in for at least something regarding Skye. Especially Della and Scrooge, and they are just eating her up. However the baby naming process was a little more challenging for the family; Scrooge wanted a Scottish name, Della and LP wanted weather related names, and the boys and Webby wanted to name her after adventures they had been on. They ended up not being able to decide until they held a Simchat Bat (Jewish baby naming session for girls) a couple weeks after she hatched. That's when it dawned on Scrooge that Skye was still in fact Scottish and wanting to pay homage to LP's Jewish heritage they ended up making her middle name Talia.

Skye really looks up to Webby and while she was still a toddler, tried to copy Web's clothing choices. Webby instantly hopped into a 'I must show you everything I know!' mindset and would take Skye everywhere and do everything. (Task number one was getting 3 year old Skye a hamburger). Skye tried to Copy both her mum's and Webby's hair styles but quickly found that she absolutely hated things in her hair, so it was generally pretty messy most days.

  At first the triplets were very hesitant on having a new baby sibling. Dewey was pretty on board with it from the start but it was a little weird at first at the fact that his best friend married his mum. Huey was pretty neutral for the whole situation but as soon as Skye hatched, he went into full protective mode and kinda acted as her 'voice of reason' whenever she was hanging with the other kids. Louie was the least fond of the idea. He always struggled with feeling like his mum didn't love him as much as he wanted her to, and he felt that if she had another baby, then he would practically be non-existent to her. But to his surprise, when Della announced she was pregnant and even after Skye hatched, Louie found that Della was spending more time with him and the rest of the boys. So much so, that sometimes Louie would be begging to get away from her. In the end they all ended up really liking her and Huey and Dewey would constantly fight over who gets to help out with baby chores.

Honestly, Della went through a really bad guilt phase for a short amount of time. Even though everyone had pretty much moved on from her being trapped on the moon, she still feels terrible about missing the first decade of her children's lives and almost feels like she doesn't deserve to be there to watch Skye grow up. Eventually she is able to snap out of it and kick her butt into 'best mom ever' gear while they wait for Skye to hatch. She starts working around the clock to do absolutely anything and everything her kids want and starts being more affectionate which ends up being a little overbearing and she quickly stops. When Skye does in fact hatch, Della has to hold herself back from squishing the ever-loving crap outta Skye. Sometimes she gets a little carried away so Della usually puts Skye in a baby harness and goes to see what the boys are doing.

Launchpad was easily the most emotional out of every single flipping family member that ever visited. He would hold Skye constantly because he never wanted to let go of her. It actually took a stern talking from Della to not pick Skye up for hours every single time he saw her because she would eventually grow too dependent on him. But for the first month or so he was always a teary eyed mess because 'Oh my gosh, this baby is mine. This squishy thing is my baby girl!' At first he was a little offended when Della said she didn't want him flying if Skye was on board but he eventually weighed all the options and possibilities and quickly found that he would rather not chance anything happening to her.
Obviously LP quickly exposed her to Darkwing Duck early on and unlike the triplets, she ended up actually really loving the show and even ended up dressing up as him for Halloween on multiple occasions. When she got a little older LP introduced her to the real DW and Drake as his identity. (I'd write about Gosalyn Skye interactions but I don't really know much about her character yet so maybe I'll update later)

Scrooge and Donald both instantly fought over the 'best uncle' title. As usual Donald was quick to be overprotective. The triplets found it amusing to see Skye go through the same amount of being wrapped in pillows as they did. Daisy would just laugh at his antics and take lots of photos because why not. Donald tried to go to the extend of protection that he did with the boys but with Della and Scrooge here now, they're able to convince him to let Skye to just be a kid and let loose a little bit.
Scrooge instantly ate the child up. He had never seen one of his great nieces or nephews when they were young (besides Webby but back then he didn't really care), so he was ecstatic and let her get away with absolutely everything. You want a candy bar at 3am? Sure! Just don't tell your mum or dad. You accidentally blew up the garage? Aw you're fine, no biggie. He is very protective over her, much like 1987 Scrooge was over Webby.
