I like the visual impact you gave to her emergence from the primordial background, where the earth, flames, and smoke--i.e. wind--all coalesce as one yet simultaneously are their separate elements; the slight idealisation of your human subject only strengthens it.
It is unclear whether she is rising from or descending into the primordial storm. The significance of the darkness she bears also has multiple interpretations: that she bears it as a burden, is weighed down or crushed by it; that she brings it with her to the future; or that she lifts it up as if to cast it away. The ambiguity of these things makes this a quite compelling piece. Good Job!
