Description
A new OC from a new story of mine, his name is a fusion of the Japanese words for "cyclotron" and "deity". Saikurokami is of a species called the Seraphu, a race of godlike beings who were once the rulers of Earth many thousands of years ago. A conflict forced its remaining members into cryogenic sleep in a bid for survival, hoping to one day awaken and re-establish themselves as rulers of the world.
