Well, I can't see anything wrong with it...
I like the knotch in the tail. And how the blue is darker at the head, then gradually lightens near the feet. Very oceanic feeling to it. Also, the warm golden glow on his left side has nice effect to it.
On a side note...

What an adorable mascot~
The blending on the colored pencil is good. This' quite beyond my skillset so its hard to say much. Its very good, I can't see anything wrong with it in the slightest.
