Description It was a very complex place, difficult to generalise about, a place that seemed frightening but where most people continued to lead normal lives.

i love how it's really dirty, but you can still tell that people live there, and it's a place that means something to them

They took down this place, didn't they? It's quite interesting though...the history of it. ^^ I like the details of the building, really nice.

Beautiful citiy. I like your interpretation of "darkness"
Most people would think of a dark colour, but you used white and yet it seems so dirty and kind of negative.

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

KaelNgu In reply to klein-shin01 [2010-08-27 03:29:46 +0000 UTC]

thank u very much, i was experimenting on styles, a few pieces of mine are quite "dark" already, so here's a different one to kill the darkness

hello Bunny, thank u very much for ur comments, i appreciate it. You could do it if you really want to, practices are what led u to success. Nobody can achieve a great drawing from the start, so u need to sacrifice ur time to work it out, every great artist did.

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

Torisha-Buraun In reply to KaelNgu [2010-08-25 19:20:50 +0000 UTC]

You are very welcome and thank you for calling me Bunny!!! i'm happy now.
You are right about that practice makes perfect C= but IDK i do backgrounds and everything but to get it looking like how you do it i feel will be imposibble!! it would take forever. your drawing has this amazing effect to it. like how should i put it. like it seems so realistic in a way you can tell it's a drawing but then there are things about it that makes it look realistic like if it were a picture. you know. i wonder how you get that effect and everything and how do you know how to put certain features on the drawing to make it seem real instead of just drawing the background and coloring it. only once did i do a background and it came out well to me the other times no.
