Finally, all eight pictures are finished! Here is Kabuterimon to MegaKabuterimon. The purple color was hard to work with because I didn't want it to look pretty since purple is often a feminine color, and to tie into the colors of the two forms. But then looking up electric sparks and lightning, the idea hit me! I decided to base the background on a plasma ball because one: it ties into the Crest of Knowledge and with the digi-destined assigned this crest, Izzy. Two: It works with the digimon's electric attacks. And three: it ties the reds and blues with the purple. I was also running out of time because I had a deadline for a project and I wanted this series done so I can bring them to Wizard World Chicago, so I had Kabuterimon turn around as he is transforming, making it look like he is swarming, similar to what I did with the Togemon transformation.

His pre evolution, Tentomon's name comes from Tentoumuchi, the Japanese word for ladybug. While Kabuterimon's name comes from the Japanese word for Rhinoceros Beetle, Kabutomuchi.
