It's a herculean task to try to get a girl to do anything geeky, any that are willing are hard enough to find in my neck of the woods.

Pesky laws would claim it "kidnapping". Problem around here is being so close to disneyland I have a good chance of talking to a tourist, and local girls aren't really my type from what I've seen. (or rather I'm not theirs)

Kind of pointless though since there only here a week at the most, and also Disney tourists are never all that willing to talk to anyone outside of things like the nearest In and Out burger.
Also being shy with girls I like also makes things difficult.

Maybe, but I usually haunt places that attract guys more so than girls. (like most geeks) But all we can do is wait and see what fate has in store.
