Elsie from The World God Only Knows. Tried drawing this the Vigil way, which seems to work better for me drawings wise (basically scribbling the basic pose of what you want and then fleshing it out from there). Kind of funny though that i am using a Marvel/DC comics like drawing technique to draw Anime/Manga characters
