finally finished this! i completed splatoon 2 singleplayer a couple of weeks ago and ngl ive been itching to draw octavio. i just have a thing for villains ig. ive been workin on this on and off for a couple of days, and even though it's pretty messy, it was really good practice. ANYWAY i love that they just shoved octavio in a globe right next to where you spawn in tentakeel outpost. i like to think that everyone talks to him even if he doesn’t respond, like, at all. talking to agents is his real punishment LOL
