oh this time i use layering. 1st i crop the izuru pic and move to a new page, press ctrl+t so that you can change the size of the picture, then at the layer's window tool (on the bar look for window-> layers) i decrease the opacity of the picture, so it fades a bit. and then i crop the same izuru pic again and drag it to this with faded-izuru page.

just one layer at each time
erm, crop the original picture (outline of the person) and paste it on a new page. so everytime you crop and paste it'll form another layer... then you merge the layers together and it will become one layer only. if not mistaken press shift+ctrl+E to merge
