It's my FIRST Speedpaint so be kind! My internet caused problems and made SIX videos instead of one, so the transitions look weird. Also I needed to adjust the screen so I will do better next time.

Thank you so much! Eek I am so glad you like it! The speedpaint took me hours because I was learning how to do it and the interenet cut it up into 6 videos so I had to download the individual 6 videos and then upload each video to put them together XD
I will be making more! They were so fun. I can't stop watching my own speedpaint lol!

Btw I've been having some trouble with digital art and was wondering how you do this.. When you go over the sketch, and it's time to color it in, how do you do that without going out of the lines? On the speedpaint it looked like paint bucket tool, but whenever I try that, there are white pixels around the lines. And when I just paint the whole thing with a brush, I have to erase around all the edges. Any ideas?

Okay I can tell ya!
Okay, so I do a bunch of sketches until I get to one I like. I lower the opacity of the sketch and create a layer for the lineart. This lineart needs to be closed. Meaning it can't have any openings so once you've made your lineart, click OUTSIDE of the lineart (yes outside, not inside) and see if it will select the whole outside of the lineart. Once that works, you go to Select>Inverse (or right quick and press inverse) and it will select the inside of the lineart. The reason you do this is so it's under the very pixel edge of the lines, so it's under the lineart too! If you select in the lineart, you might have a nasty white line along it. Does that make sense? And then you click the paint bucket and press inside the selected area. Go and check your lines, because it may be a little messy. So erase the color where it got a little outside the lines and fill in where the spots are missing. The objective is to get as clean of a lineart as you can so the selection can be clean
Now don't get discouraged if a few spots aren't perfect. You can clean those right up! It's a lot easier than having the WHOLE thing kinda messy. I've seen even the best artists have to clean up their color layer too because the selection misses some spots

Soo sorry for the wait, I haven't been on DA in forever!! And thank you so much for your advice, it means a lot to me and has really helped me out a lot! I've been this using for everything and usually just have to go in between the fur to clean the edges ^.^ Here's an example of some recent art, since I said I'd link you to one haha:

I've actually figured out how to cell shade as well, which was a mystery to me for the longest time. Overall I feel like your advice got me started into figuring out a lot of stuff that improved my art (though it's by no means as good as yours lol). So anyway, thanks so much!
