Something I've been wanting to draw for a while but I could never get the sketch right. Oddly enough, I was finally able to get the sketch the way I wanted to while in class without a reference or anything

Anyway, Dewott is one of my favorite 5th gen pokemon. They seem like the determined, warrior type. So I figured they'd stand up and fight for what is dear to them no matter how bleak the situation.

And yes I know that water-types have an advantage over fire-types. Let's just say that in this case, the level difference is far too great for t hat to play a factor.
