Yes it is.. Its from 'Mirai Nikki' AKA "Future Diary".... If u are gonna watch it then I must warn you that there is a lot of gore!! But its totally awesome!!!!

It's a short anime (4 episodes) So it's best when witnessed more like a movie.
(I mean that if you watch it, you should watch it in one sitting)
